Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnantaHQ Dev Tools at anantahq.com/dev-tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all tools available through the Service, including but not limited to the JSON Formatter, Base64 Encoder/Decoder, URL Encoder/Decoder, UUID Generator, Hash Generator, Timestamp Converter, YAML/XML Formatters, and all converter tools.

Description of Service

AnantaHQ Dev Tools is a free online suite of developer utility tools. The tools allow you to format, validate, encode, decode, hash, generate, and convert various types of data. The Service is provided at no cost and does not require account registration.

Acceptable Use

The Service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Using automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content from the Service
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code

Your Content

When you use a tool that processes data you provide (such as a JSON file, text string, or Excel spreadsheet), you retain all rights to that content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of any data you process through the tools.

Data Processing

Data submitted to the Service is processed in memory and is not stored permanently. For server-side tools, data is transmitted over HTTPS, processed by our backend, and returned to you. The Service does not retain, log, or store the content of files or text you submit beyond the duration required to process your request. For client-side tools, all processing occurs in your browser.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. The output of any tool should be verified before use in production systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnantaHQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, corruption of files, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on output produced by the tools. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero for free tools).

Advertising & Third Parties

The Service may display advertisements from third-party networks such as Google AdSense, and may link to other AnantaHQ properties or external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers or linked sites. See our Privacy Policy for more information about advertising and data collection.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also impose usage limits or rate limits to ensure fair access for all users.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
