AnantaHQ ("we", "us", "our") operates AnantaHQ PDF Tools, a free online suite of PDF utilities available at anantahq.com/pdf-tools (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Service and how it is used. By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy.

File Processing & Security

When you upload a PDF or other file for processing (merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, locking, unlocking, reordering, or extracting pages), the file is transmitted to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Files are processed in memory and are automatically deleted from the server immediately after the processed result is delivered to your browser. We do not store, index, or retain uploaded or processed files beyond the duration of the operation. No human reviews the contents of your files.

No Account Required

The Service does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use any tool. You can use all 14 PDF tools without providing any identifying information.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal, functional local storage to remember your preferred theme (light or dark mode). We do not set first-party tracking cookies. However, third-party services we integrate with, such as advertising and analytics providers, may set their own cookies as described below.

Google AdSense & Advertising

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
