AI assistants & custom software

Products of our own, in production every day. Yours could be next.

We build AI assistants, support agents and the custom systems a business runs on — trained on your products, your policies and your own data. Fixed scope, fixed price in USD, and the code is yours from the first commit.

Our work

Products we built, and run ourselves.

Not client work we can show, and not concepts — three complete products we designed, shipped and now operate. We run our own company on one of them, which means we find the flaws in our work before a client does.

AnantaHQ at a glance

What we do
AI assistants and support agents, plus the custom systems a business runs on — CRMs, client portals, internal tools, dashboards and mobile apps. We run products of our own in production today.
How we price
A fixed price in USD agreed before any code is written. Productized services start at $299; full custom builds run $7,000 to $28,000.
How long it takes
Productized services ship in 3 to 14 days. Custom builds run 3 to 12 weeks, against a delivery date committed in writing.
Who owns the result
You do. Full source code and IP transfer to you on final payment, with no per-seat or per-user licence fees.
Where we work
Remote worldwide, from India. We serve clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Singapore, the EU and India.
How to start
Email hello@anantahq.com with two sentences about the problem. You get a rough price and timeline back within one business day. Book a call if you want one, or keep it entirely in writing.

Why companies hire us

Four commitments, in writing.

Hiring a development firm from another country is a leap of faith. These are the terms that make it a smaller one — every clause below is in the proposal you sign, not just on this page.

A fixed price, before we start

You approve a written scope and a number. That number does not move unless you ask for something that was not in it — and then you approve the change first.

A delivery date we commit to

Every proposal carries a date. If we miss it for a reason that is ours, you get 10% off the remaining balance for each week we are late.

You own everything

We build in your repository and your accounts from the first commit, and ownership of each milestone transfers to you as it is paid. No licence, no lock-in, no dependency on us to keep it running.

You talk to the engineers

A shared written thread with the people writing the code, and a working demo you can click every week. No account manager relaying messages, and no meetings you have to attend to find out where things stand.

What we are asked for most

An assistant that answers your customers at 3am — and knows when to stop.

Trained on your pages, your policies, your catalogue and your order data. It answers what it can prove, escalates what it cannot, and never invents a number for a customer.

How an AnantaHQ assistant answers a customerYour website, help documents, product catalogue and order data feed into the assistant. The assistant either answers the customer citing the document it used, or hands the conversation to your team with the full history attached.Your websiteHelp docs & FAQsProduct catalogueOrder & account dataYour assistantReads only your content.Never invents an answer.Answers the customerCiting the document ittook the answer from.Hands to your teamWith the full conversationattached, on your rules.
Every answer is traceable to a document you own. You decide what it may answer alone and what always reaches a human — and it runs in draft-first mode until you trust it to send.

How it works

Start here

Fixed-price, fixed-date services.

Small, well-defined pieces of work with the price on the label. Most clients start with one of these before commissioning a larger build.

All services

Custom builds

The systems your company runs on.

Built around how you actually work, instead of bending your process to fit someone else's product — and with no per-seat fee as you grow.

Clients

What the people who hired us said.

Published word for word, with permission.

Earlier our customers would call just to ask what was on the menu. Now they see everything online. The site was finished on time, and whenever we asked for a change afterwards it was done the same day.
Yug Pet Pooja
Restaurant website
Our customers used to explain every order over the phone. Now they send their designs and the details through the website. The work was clean and it was delivered on the date we were given.
BrandIdea
Printing business website
We needed a proper place to show photographs of our work. Now we just send new clients the link instead of a folder of images. It was built exactly the way we described it.

How it works

From first email to launch.

Four steps. You know the price and the date before step three begins.

  1. 01Day 1

    You email us the problem

Two sentences is enough. We reply the same or next business day with honest questions, a rough cost and a rough timeline — and we say so if software is not the answer.

  2. 02Within 3 business days

    A written proposal

Fixed scope, fixed price in USD, a delivery date, and exactly what is not included. Free, and yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

  3. 032–12 weeks

    We build, you watch

A working environment you can open from week one, a written progress update every week with a link to click, and a shared channel with the engineers. Billing is tied to milestones you sign off.

  4. 04Launch week

    Handover and aftercare

Deployed to your infrastructure with written documentation and a recorded walkthrough. 30 days of fixes included, then a care plan if you want us to keep looking after it.

Your protection

What you get regardless of how it goes.

Mutual NDA before anything sensitive

Signed before you share systems, data or documents. Standard, and we sign yours if you prefer it.

Milestone billing, never up front in full

You pay in stages against work you have approved. Your exposure is one milestone at a time.

Written scope, or we don't start

Everything included and everything excluded, in plain English, agreed before the first line of code.

30 days of fixes after launch

Anything that does not work as specified is fixed free for a month after handover. No argument.

Straight answers

The questions you were going to ask anyway.

How do I know the project won't run over budget?+

Because the price is fixed in the proposal before any work begins, and billing is tied to milestones you approve. A change in scope needs your written approval and a revised number first — we do not send surprise invoices, and we do not bill by the hour on fixed-scope work.

Who owns the code and the data?+

You do, completely, from the first commit. We work in your repository under your account wherever possible. There is no licence to renew, no proprietary framework you are locked into, and no ability for us to switch anything off. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.

You're in India and we're not. How does that work?+

Everything runs in writing, which removes the problem entirely. You get a shared Slack or email thread with the engineers, a written progress update every week with a working link to click, and a reply within one business day on anything else. We work IST with a four-hour overlap with US Eastern and full overlap with Europe, so work continues while you sleep. Book a call whenever you want one — and when you would rather not, everything still works in writing.

What if we're not happy with the result?+

Milestone billing means you have never paid for more than the last approved stage, so your exposure is one milestone rather than the whole project. If we miss a committed date for a reason that is ours, you get 10% off the remaining balance for every week we are late.

Will our data be safe?+

We sign a mutual NDA before you send us anything sensitive, and a data processing agreement where GDPR applies. We work in your cloud accounts rather than ours, use least-privilege access that is revoked at handover, and never train public models on your data. Where it matters, we can run models entirely on your own infrastructure.

Can you work with our existing team and systems?+

Yes — a good share of our work is building alongside an in-house team or extending software someone else wrote. We can join your repository, your ticket tracker and your standups, and we are happy to hand over to your developers at any point.

Tell us what's slowing your business down.

Two sentences by email is enough. You'll get back a rough price and a rough timeline — and an honest answer if software isn't what you need. Book a call, or keep it in writing. Your choice.
