Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and the services described on it (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

This website is provided for informational and commercial use. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload it, or by using it for any unlawful purpose. Paid engagements are additionally governed by the written proposal or agreement covering that work.

No Warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnantaHQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law does not permit such a limitation.

Your Content & Materials

You retain all rights to any content, data, credentials, or materials you provide to us in the course of an engagement. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share them with us. We use them only to perform the agreed work, and we do not use your data to train publicly available models.

Third-Party Links

The Services do not display third-party advertising. They may link to other AnantaHQ properties or to external resources, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those linked sites. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Paid Services & Consulting Engagements

AnantaHQ offers custom software development, AI implementation, fixed-price services, and ongoing engineering retainers as described on our Pricing page. By engaging a paid service, you agree to the scope of work, timeline, and fees specified in the engagement proposal or invoice.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). Accepted methods are international debit and credit cards and bank transfer. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. AnantaHQ does not store your card or bank credentials — all sensitive payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes will be reflected on invoices as required by law.

Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy is available at anantahq.com/refund-policy. All refund requests must be submitted to billing@anantahq.com within the eligibility window described in that policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment instrument within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

Intellectual Property

We develop in the client's own repository and accounts wherever practical, so you hold the work from the first commit. Full ownership of the deliverables in a given milestone transfers to you on payment for that milestone; on completion of the engagement you own all deliverables outright, with no ongoing licence payable to us. AnantaHQ retains the right to use non-confidential, anonymised learnings for internal research and to reuse its own pre-existing generic components and libraries.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of two (2) years.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from a paid engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
