Before you buy
What exactly do I get?+
A written report, delivered as a PDF to your email. It is prepared by a person who has actually looked at your business — not a generated scorecard. Depending on the report you choose it covers your website, your search visibility, your online listings, and a side-by-side comparison against up to five competitors, each finding paired with what to do about it.
Is 7 days a maximum or an estimate?+
A maximum. You get a confirmation email with an exact calendar date as soon as you submit your brief, and we deliver on or before it. If we ever miss that date, you get a full refund without having to ask.
Do I need to get on a call?+
No — and we don't offer one. We work entirely over email, which is what lets us keep these reports at this price. If something in the report needs explaining, reply to it and we'll answer in writing.
What if my business is offline / has no website?+
That is often the most useful case. The presence audit will tell you what someone searching for a business like yours finds today, what your competitors are capturing that you are not, and what the minimum viable online presence would cost you to build.
Will you try to upsell me?+
The report ends with a list of recommended fixes, and it says honestly which you can do yourself, which any agency can do, and which we could do for you. Most clients action the first group themselves. There is no obligation and no follow-up sales sequence.
Can I get a refund?+
