All prices in US dollars. Whichever route you take, the number is agreed in writing before work starts — and it does not move unless you ask it to.

How billing works
Milestone billing
You never pay for more than the stage you have approved. On builds, the balance is split across milestones — typically kickoff, mid-build and handover.
Written scope first
Every engagement starts with a document listing what is included and what is not. If something falls outside it, you approve the change and the new number before we build it.
Paid in USD
Every engagement is invoiced in US dollars, by card or bank transfer — we do not bill in any other currency. We can supply a W-8BEN-E and any vendor paperwork your finance team needs.
Secure payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider — PCI-DSS compliant, with card details never stored on our servers. A detailed invoice is issued for every engagement.
Pricing FAQ
Why don't you charge by the hour?+
Because hourly billing puts the risk of a slow week on you instead of us. On fixed-scope work we quote a number, and if it takes longer than we estimated that is our problem, not your invoice. Ongoing retainers are the exception — those are billed monthly for a known amount of capacity.
What is not included in a fixed price?+
Third-party costs that are yours either way: hosting, domains, SaaS subscriptions, app store fees, and usage-based AI model costs. These are listed with estimates in the proposal so there are no surprises. Anything you ask for that was not in the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Do you take on small projects?+
Yes — the fixed-price services start at $299 and several sit under $2,000. We would rather start small and earn the larger project than push you into a build you are not ready for.
What happens if we need changes after launch?+
Anything that does not work as specified is fixed free for 30 days after handover. Beyond that, either take a care plan from $500/month which includes a monthly change allowance, or commission changes as small fixed-price pieces of work.
Are taxes included?+
Prices are the base service fee, quoted and charged in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown separately on the invoice as required by law — for clients outside India these are exported services, which are zero-rated, so no Indian tax is added.
