Frequently asked questions
How do you access my site?+
You choose: a temporary staff/collaborator account you create and can revoke any time, SFTP/hosting-panel access, or a staging URL if you'd rather we never touch production directly. We never ask for your only admin login.
What if something breaks?+
We work from a full backup and, wherever the platform supports it, a staging copy or duplicate theme — your live site isn't touched until you approve the result. If anything regresses, we fix it at no extra cost.
Do you need my passwords?+
No. You create scoped access (a limited admin/collaborator account, or SFTP credentials) that you control and can revoke the moment we're done.
How long does it take?+
3 days for the audit-only tier, 7 days for the done-for-you and e-commerce tiers, starting from when you submit your onboarding details.
What if my theme or plugins update after you're done?+
We document every change we make. If an update overwrites something, reapplying it is usually a five-minute job with our notes — not a redo from scratch.
Do you work with custom themes?+
Yes. Custom and heavily modified themes just mean we spend more time understanding your code before changing anything — the fixed price and guarantee still apply.
What's the refund process?+
If your mobile PageSpeed score isn't above 85 when we say we're done, you verify that yourself on Google's tool and don't pay. If you already paid and we can't hit the bar, you get a full refund — see our refund policy for the exact process.
Where are you based?+
India. We work with store owners in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia remotely — all communication is async over email, no time-zone-blocked calls required.
Will this break my theme or checkout?+
We work in a duplicate/staging theme first, never live, and Shopify's checkout is off-limits by platform policy — we don't touch it and don't need to. Your published theme only changes after you approve the result.
Do you remove apps I'm paying for?+
We flag which installed apps are costing you the most load time and give you the choice — keep, replace, or remove. We never uninstall anything without your sign-off.
